Lavanea is a ficitonal character in the series Encantadia
In Mount Lavanea, a mountain full of Uruvaks, (bat like scavenger pashneas.)
Lavanea is the seemingly emotionless Diwata and guardian of the Volcano in Encantadia with the same name. She is created emotionless and with no heart.(In order for this Diwata to perform her natural duties, she has to exist without a heart and emotion. ) She was captivated by Mira's emotion.
Lavanea, then asks her to give her her heart because she has no heart and doesn't feel anything ever since the jewel of fire created her. Lavanea steals Mira's heart and Mira becomes evil siding with Hagorn.
Pirena and Alena went to the Volcano Lavanea to retrive Mira's heart. They encounter the diwata Lavanea, they battle. Lavanea tries to escape taking the form of a flock of Uruvaks but Alena uses her voice or sonokinesis to subdue the powerful Lavanea, but in the end, it is Pirena's motherly love, and the love felt by Lavanea through Mira's heart that made Lavanea give back Mira's heart essesnse. Pirena came up with a plan for Alena to hurt her and make her daughter's heart feel her mother. Lavanea sees the pain and gives the heart back.
